Socialnet

With the mass amount of people I consider myself acquaintance of, it surprises me how little I communicate with them over the internet. Consider how long I’ve been on the internet and how much of my life is based around it. But that’s not what this is about. That’s a topic for another time.

There are two sites at the moment I spend much time on with little friends connected to them.

1. Goodreads.
All right, it’s my own fault I have few friends on this site. But I can’t possibly make myself sift through pages of reviews for books I will never read. So if you, too, are a fellow goodreader (that’s an awkward word), check my list and see if we have anything in common first.

I know, I know, how snobbish of me. But I take my literature very seriously and if you knew any better, so would you.

2. DeviantART.
I’ve been reluctantly sucked into it. And it’s so difficult to find anything really good, because most of it is junk. But I have my meager portfolio on there (which means at some point I’ll clear out my domain, as I’m running out of space) and, again, not much to look at otherwise. Most of the friends I have never update. You know who you are.

If you find me disappearing elsewhere on the internet, you’re bound to find me in one of these two places as of late. Not that you should be internet stalking me. But I don’t exactly do anything about it.
